Processing & Packaging
Raw produce moves to our certified processing facility in Kathmandu where it is cleaned, milled, blended, and packed to EU food-safety standards. Every batch is lab-tested for moisture, contamination, and nutritional profile before sealing.

International Shipping
Sealed pallets leave our Kathmandu warehouse by road to Kolkata port, then sail westbound under temperature-monitored conditions. Full container loads or LCL groupage — we handle customs documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and COA for every shipment.

Arrival & Clearance in Italy
Containers arrive at our primary import hub in northern Italy where our in-house customs broker handles EU entry, border inspection, and import VAT. Goods are transferred to our bonded warehouse within 48 hours of vessel discharge.

Pan-European Distribution
From our Italian hub, orders are consolidated and dispatched to wholesale buyers across all 27 EU member states. We work with established road-freight partners to deliver within 3–7 business days, with cold-chain options available for temperature-sensitive lines.
