Sealed pallets leave our Kathmandu warehouse by road to Kolkata port, then sail westbound under temperature-monitored conditions. Full container loads or LCL groupage — we handle customs documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and COA for every shipment.
Standard lead time is 28–35 days port-to-port (Kolkata → Gioia Tauro / Genoa). We partner with three freight forwarders to ensure redundancy during peak season. All shipments are insured and tracked in real time via our logistics portal, accessible to buyers around the clock.
Export documentation issued on every order: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, FSSAI certificate, and third-party lab report.
