Containers arrive at our primary import hub in northern Italy where our in-house customs broker handles EU entry, border inspection, and import VAT. Goods are transferred to our bonded warehouse within 48 hours of vessel discharge.
Italy serves as our European gateway. Our 8,000 m² temperature-controlled bonded warehouse near Verona holds buffer stock, enabling us to fulfil repeat orders within 3–5 business days without waiting for the next container.
All incoming lots undergo a secondary quality check on arrival: visual inspection, weight verification, and random lab sampling. Any deviation triggers a non-conformance report and a credit or replacement is issued before the stock is released to orders.
