Processing & Packaging

Raw produce moves to our certified processing facility in Kathmandu where it is cleaned, milled, blended, and packed to EU food-safety standards. Every batch is lab-tested for moisture, contamination, and nutritional profile before sealing.

Our 4,000 m² HACCP-certified facility runs a strict no-cross-contamination protocol. Processing lines are segregated by allergen category, and all packaging is food-grade, vacuum-sealed, and clearly labelled in accordance with EU Regulation 1169/2011.

We offer bulk packaging (10–25 kg sacks, IBC bags) as well as co-packing in custom retail-ready formats for distributors who sell under their own brand.
