Our story begins in the terraced highlands of Nepal. Partner farmers harvest spices, grains, and lentils at peak ripeness using generations-old techniques, ensuring every batch meets our strict quality benchmarks before it leaves the field.

We work directly with over 200 smallholder farming families across the Himalayan foothills. Crops are hand-selected at optimal maturity, sun-dried at altitude, and graded on-site by our field inspectors. No middlemen — just a clean, direct relationship with the source.

All farms are audited annually for sustainable practices. We track lot numbers from harvest date through final delivery, giving European buyers complete traceability documentation upon request.
